Happy Monday peeps!! I made this workout for you today to celebrate going back to fall semester school at BYU today! As many of you know my major is Exercise & Wellness so one of my main classes is Anatomy! Weee!!!
I plan on making more workouts for you on a regular basis, I will try to make them more creative and exciting as time goes on. I hope to film in cool, different locations too! Today I filmed just in my back yard. Leave me a comment and let me know how you like it!
This workout consists of 3 rounds of 6 Exercises. You can always increase the number of rounds you do, today I did 3 rounds of the following:
1 min jumping jacks
20 reverse pushups
1 min plank
16 single leg squats (8 on each leg) or regular squats
I wanted to point out the shorts I'm wearing in the video today, they are my new favorite shorts ever!!! The lovely Erin from Lululemon sent me these Run: Speed Squad Short to test out. I love their slogan for the shorts, it says, "Stretching post-run should not be an x-rated endeavor." lol. That's EXACTLY why I love these shorts!! They're comfy, they stay in place with an sticky elastic hem, and they have 3 pockets including a neat little secret zipper pocket I didn't even know about until after I wore the shorts a few times! Bottom line: these shorts were made for me!!!
