J-Lo's Workout

Today I was chillin on Twitter while @TerryTheTrainer was giving his occasional pep talks/rants and he happend to mention one of J-Lo's real legitimate workouts that she does. He was saying how effective it was so I asked him for the link to it, and tonight I did the workout!

It was a pretty awesome workout, it reminded me of something Zuzana Light would come up with. Here it is, try it out! It's a quick 20 mins and simple to do! You'll need a Gymboss Interval Timer  to do this workout most effectively! The good news is that they're super cheap and sooo cute!! ;-)

J - Lo's workout  

10 x squats 

10 x pushups 

10 x crunches

sprint for 1 min 30 secs (I did high knee runs instead of sprinting)

10 x squats 

10 x pushups 

10 x crunches

sprint for 2 mins

10 x squats 

10 x pushups 

10 x crunches

Repeat this circut from the beginning for 20 mins at least, or as long as you want! 

Add this into your routine when you're in a hurry and want to kick some J-Lo booty!!
