Best Recovery Shake Ever!

So I just got back from a kick butt workout with my new workout girly Carolee Beckham. We did Zuzana's 600 Rep workout and lemme tell ya, I'm going to be sore tomorrow!

When I got home I was kind of starving, and in a burst of inspiration I made myself the best recovery shake I've ever had. If I weren't being picky about my calories I would probably have another one right now!! It's made with no supplements or protein powder, so you're really getting best quality nutrition here.

This is my peanut butter oatmeal shake. You. Must. Try!!

 Can you guess where I shop? lol. What you'll need:

Peanut Butter Oatmeal Recover Shake

1 cup of skim milk

1 banana

1/2 cup whole grain oats

1-2 tbsp peanut butter

Put it all in the blender and enjoy!! It's around 550 cals and 20 grams of protein. You can cut down the portions in half for less calories.
