This is my peanut butter oatmeal shake. You. Must. Try!!

Peanut Butter Oatmeal Recover Shake
1 cup of skim milk
1/2 cup whole grain oats
1-2 tbsp peanut butter
Put it all in the blender and enjoy!! It's around 550 cals and 20 grams of protein. You can cut down the portions in half for less calories.
