Three Best Workouts of ALL TIME

Tonight I re-watched three of my favorite workouts of all-time. No joke here people, these workouts are seriously inspiring, mostly because Zuzana from BodyRock.TV has the perfect body and a very gentle & humble air about her that makes these videos totally watchable. Aside from being really incredible workouts, I find that one of my favorite aspects of these videos is the setting. I love the hot sun beating down, the sound of her Nikes pounding the ground, and most of all the sound of her breath letting you know she's working hard. In the past when I've done these workouts, I get this power-kick from hearing these very same elements being produced by me. The sun shining down on ME, MY shoes pounding the ground, and the sound of MY breath working hard. It inspires me forward, pushing myself to the goal of reaching MY ultimate physique. 

So here you are, do yourself a favor and get your lazy butt to at least watch them. I promise, if nothing else you'll gawk at her hot body and put that cookie down by the time you're done. But hopefully for most of you, they will inspire you to get up and kick some trash of your own :)

You will need a Gymboss Interval Timer  to do these workouts most effectively. The good news is they're super cheap and sooo cute!! ;-)
